I am a member of the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapy), which is an independent organisation committed to ensuring the highest possible professional standards amongst its members: and a member of QCHPA, Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based therapy founded on a set of principles that best supports the potential for lasting change in any individual.

I am also DBS checked due to my work in social care.

Sessions and Payments

A session lasts between 60-90 minutes the first session will take longer as there will be an history take involved.

Some problems only require one or two sessions, but for most a course of between three and eight sessions is all that is needed for you to achieve a positive outcome.

For some individuals a problem make take longer, but I am committed to working with you to find your solution in the shortest possible time that enables you to find the best quality of life.

During the session you can expect to feel relaxed and at ease, any concerns we will discuss together I am there to offer you the time to make sense of your life and its experiences.

The therapy is about you and Hypnosis Trance is a state we access many times in a day. You will be able to always interact fully and have the control and choice over whether you wish to participate or not at any time.

Individual Hypnotherapy Sessions

Free 30-minute call with all new clients.

Sessions charged at £70 and last approximately 60 minutes.

Packages can be individually priced.

If you book and pay for a package but do not need all the sessions, I will gladly refund the difference between what has been paid and the individual session costs.

Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.

Online Sessions

At the present time I offer online sessions via Zoom or Skype. I also provide a bespoke recording of sessions.
